32 yr old male with non functioning kidney

32 yr male came with left loin pain since one month 
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS 

Patient was apparently asymptomatic one month back then he developed pain in left loin which was insidious onset gradually progressing 

History ofgraveluria
No historyof,radiation ,pyuria

HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS 
No history of hypertension ,diabetes, tb,asthama and thyroid 

He has known history of left DJ stenting 

History of surgery for bladder calculu 8 months back

Personal history 

Apatite normal
Sleep normal
Micturation Decreased 
Bowel movements regular 
No Addictions 
Mixed diet 
No known case to drug allergy

 Family history 

No relevent family history

General examination 
Patient is conscious ,coherent cooperative 
No pallor,cyanosis ,lymphadenopathy, edema,icterus  clubbing 

Vitals

Temp afebrile 
Bp 110/70mmhg
Spo2 99%
Pulse rate 87beats per min
Respiratory rate 16cycles per min
